In OS 9, one could simultaneously open or close all subordinate/indentured folders by clicking Option+Command. Has this feature been restored in Panther?
TIA

It better be.
Since it works just FINE in the Jaguar (10.2.6) Finder.
(Option+ Command+Right arrow or Option+Double-click)

Do you mean option-command-W to close all open windows? Yeah, that's worked since the beginning AFAIK. Works fine in 10.2.6...

I doubt that's what he was talking about, since the Command is not needed here - you can open all the subfolders simply with option + right arrow.

Thanks all! Another short cut I was not familiar with (Option+Right Arrow). That was exactly what I was referring to; though I do find it an awkward key combination.
You guys/gals sure are fast.
