So here's the problem, I choose 10 photos from iPhoto and mail them to a few friends. The problem is that when they recieve the email, they can only view 6 or 7 photos. So then I tried to email 10 photos that I downloaded using Image Capture and mailed them out, but I still had the same problem. Is there something I'm not understanding here?
By the way, I use Mail.app, iPhoto, Image Capture, Canon Powershot S40 and I'm using 10.2.6.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

How big are the images? Sometimes people have "caps" on how big of an e-mail they can accept; therefore, they are going to receive only what they can of the images you send them and not the rest....

Thanks.....
I'm going to take your advice on compressing the photos to avoid corruption. I'll let you know if that worked.

AOL users also often have problems with multiple attachments.
If you are using iPhoto and selecting Medium sized photos you should not swamp out their email accounts.

I have yet to have someone who is using AOL to be able to open the pictures I send using iPhoto and Mail. Nobody else seems to have any touble at all. So for the few (very unlucky IMHO) friends and family members that I have who use AOL, whenever I send them photos, I have to switch to Entourage which allows me to choose Windows format for my attachments.

You can sometimes have success by sending AOL users photos one at a time that is one per email.

Only send a few at a time. Some may be getting dropped off due to cap restrictions.

My experience with AOL users is that it doesn't matter whether I am sending a single picture or several, they still email me back saying that they are unable to access the picture(s).
