Hi,

I'm fairly new to OSX, I'm running 10.2, and I'm wondering how to change the hostname of my computer. It made the hostname the same as my username Nate so it's Nate's-Computer. If anyone can help me I'd really appreciate it. Thanks.

In Systemprefrences under Sharing you can change the name of your computer. Is that what you wanted?

or, you can edit /etc/hostconfig
