10.2.8 cured kernal panic restarts from sleep

	As the title says, seems that 10.2.6 doesn't like my Hermstedt webshuttle II . On recomendation by MacNN forum posters I returned my 17" iMac 1 Gig Processor/1Gig ram/80 gig HD to Apple UK,without the webshuttle . They could not reproduce the Kernel panic and said the machine was upto Apple spec. They did install 10.2.8 and so far no Kernel panic after 5 sleep/wakes. However, the computer "freezes" on light up for about 20 secs and then functions fine.
