Can you restore OS X on a system so it's "factory fresh" ?

Hi,
I recently decided to sell my beloved iBook to help me save for a G5, or if I'm REALLY hit hard by the RDF a 12" Powerbook AND a G5. :-) Anyhow my iBook is in perfect condition and in my eBay ad I promised to restore the machine to "factory fresh" condition so it'd be as close to new as possible.
So my question is, is it possible to return the system to the same state (using the restore disks) that they come in from the factory? By the same state, I mean it'll boot up and ask you to register and set up the machine, etc? Is there anything tricky that you have to do (shut it down at some point instead of rebooting), etc?
I know I could probably figure this out myself, but it takes a long time to restore the machine and I'd rather not have to do it several times if I can avoid it. Has anyone done this? Can it be done?
Thanks in advance!
Cheers,
John
P.S. I won't post the eBay link unless it's appropriate. Mods?

All the info will be there when you run the restore CDs. There's an archive option and a wipe option, choose wipe.

Hi Zack,
I think what I'm asking is when the person receives the iBook from me, and turns it on for the first time will they be presented with the registration screen? I know I have to wipe the hard drive clean. But I wanted to know how to go about assuring that it will startup like a new one does. Assuming that's possible.
Cheers,
John

Run the restore erasing the drive, then when the reg screen comes up click through the first 2 settings about location and hit apple-q and click shutdown. Next time someone starts it they will get the reg setup screen just like as if it were new.

Or better yet, when it's done installing from the CD or DVD, shut it down. Then it will be just like getting it from Apple.

I'd zero the drive also. This way all your data is really gone.
