my computer just spontaneously logged me out. i didn't do anything abnormal.

it's happened before, but this was the first time that it happened while i was actually using the computer.

the little spinning black thing that occurs on startup and shutdown in the middle of the screen appeared, and then it logged me out without letting me save anything.

anyone know what's up?
