Printing issue with entourage and hp deskjet 940
I just loaded office mac v x and started using entourage for my email. The problem I’m having is sometimes I’m unable to print out my e mail. After I click on the printer icon in the tool bar a preview window opens, I click ok then the printer window opens and I click print. No problem it prints fine. The next email I print goes like this . I click on the printer icon in the tool bar a no preview window opens only the printer window opens and I click print and it doesn't work.
I can go to print center and see my printer trying to communicate but after awhile it gives up and stops the printer.
Now I can print from any other program with no problem
I’ve updated os x , office x and hp deskjet still wont work.
Any help would be helpful
