I have a SonicWall that dishes out IP addresses via DHCP. The SonicWall's UI doesn't have a way to show the DHCP ID that we can put into the Network preference pane. It only lists the IP address allocated and the MAC ID of the interface to which it went.

Is there some CLI utility that would allow me to match those MAC IDs to a lookup table to show me exactly which machines are on our network at the time?

There is nothing in the DHCP Protocol that allows you to get a list of all connected hosts.

However, if you know the MAC addresses of all your hosts, then it's pretty simple to do a translation, isn't it?
