How can you tell if you have the actual GM? I have noticed some people saying they have it, but find out they're wrong.

Well yea, but I meant, how do you developers know if someone who claims to have 85, actually does or not. I've been reading the Panther threads and seeing a lot of "It's because your Panther isn't the GM".
