How to stop Microsoft Database Daemon from auto statup ?

Microsoft Database Daemon appears in my login items every time I restart my computer.I don't want it there.It's some part of office.How does it get put into my login items everytime I login ? How do I stop it ? Thanks in advance.

im pretty sure that somewhere in the prefs of Entourage you can switch off the notifications.

This should work:

Go into System Preferences > Login Items. Select M$ Database Daemon and click the Remove button.

That's exactally the problem.Once I remove it and restart it appears there again.It must be getting called from some login script !?
