My windows clients send me things as attachments and most of the time they show up as a windat file that I can't do anything with, what is this windat file and how can I deal with these on a mac, why can't an attachment be an attachment and not a bloody windat!!

Also, bitch slap them and have them choose "plain text" or "HTML" for their mail sending format.

They have it set to "rich text format" which is f**cked with anything besides an Outlook client.
