Typically ADC members would've gotten it a couple weeks ago...frankly. I think Apple got fed up with all the builds seeded around so now ADC members are being punished.

In all the years I've been an ADC Select member, I never, EVER got it before two weeks AFTER release date.

I've been a student member for the last couple of years and have never got full OS versions before the release date. Usually a few weeks after unfortunately.

This has always surprised me since I would expect that Apple would want developers to make sure their software is compatible with the new OS version. I can imagine some shareware developer getting emailed complains about incompatibility with the new OS version and replying to a user that Apple have not managed to send them it yet.

Surely they could have delayed last months mailing to include Panther. I'm sure nobody would have complained about that. This all just seems rather stupid to me...

they can't blame ADC members for 7B85 being leaked, IF THEY WEREN'T PROVIDED WITH IT.

people don't pay good money to get jerked around by Apple.
