Yeah they removed this in the last few builds.

So that was just a showoff.
Or an economy of time…

What? the Cube transition effect?
Quartz Extreme only. 7B85.
And even if 7B85 WEREN'T GM (which it is) - what on EARTH makes you think that a developers' demo from FOUR MONTHS AGO is going to be closer to the GM feature-wise than a build so recent it isn't even labeled "Pre-Release" anymore?
Hmm?

I'm here to learn and I do a lot. By the way I didn't renew my .mac account, so I'll buy Panther even if it's the 7B85 with the money I save.
It worth it…

Oh f*ckin' brother. Listen up:
I've got Panther (direct from Apple, completely legit - they gave it to us early to fix some problems we're having with Jaguar that Engineering doesn't want to take the time to fix).
7B85 is GM. Deal with it.

There's no way 7b85 is GM... Unless the pics on Apple's site is lying. There is a picture of the finder that shows the new sidebar and it is a different shade (ie... GRAY) than the main window. That isn't in 7b85... I've looked because I have it. So be it incrememntal, there is a difference.

God.. people like you annoy me. Any time someone mentions they have the DP, they are automatically piraters. Maybe you need to just relax and mind your own business and just concentrate on the meat of the post instead of that bullsh*t.

To be honest, who gives a rats A$$?
So what if we are off by 5 build numbers or whatever... Apple will post an update within the first few weeks anyway and make all this banter foolish nonsense...

I really hope you have caught the amount of obvious sarcasm... no one is that insane (well... most people aren't, anyway).

Sweetie-pie, two points:
a) "piracy" was NOT REFERRING TO YOUR SORRY ASS DOWNLOADING PANTHER; BUT TO A POSTER OF THAT NAME WHO SPENT ABOUT FIFTY POSTS IN TWO ****ING HUGE "7B85 IS NOT GM" THREADS MAKING CLEAR THAT ANYBODY WHO CLAIMED IT WASN'T WAS FULL OF ****. This has since been proven correct by the posting of 7B85 as GM to the ADC. Read this thread please, and get your foot out: http://forums.macnn.com/showthread.p...highlight=7b85
Then wash it down with this thread: http://forums.macnn.com/90/mac-os-x/182314/panther-7b85-gm-posted-on-adc/
b) If you're actually using 7B85 and still wondering whether it's GM or not, then you ARE A PIRATE. I don't care either way, but if you had it legitimately, you'd have the notes and info accompanying it, and you wouldn't be "theorizing".
c) Please - no more public "theorizing". You're about three weeks and 500 posts late to the party.

It is also a good possibility that the stuff on Apple's site is a PhotoShop job. Serious am I.
