I'm interested to see how much has changed... I'm still on the fence as to if I should "upgrade" to Server... It would be nice for some of the web site stuff I serve.

I've been playing with it on a separate partition - I'm not ready to install it on my Cube yet.

I like it a lot, but as always, things are hidden away here and there. They consolidated a lot of things into the Workgroup Manager. There are still some things I haven't looked for yet, but I had it on my Windows network in under 5 minutes. I want to have it as a domain controller, but that would mean different prefs on all my computers which I'm not sure I want to do yet.

Let me know if there's anything specific you need to know.

Could you try setting up 2 or 3 virtual domains using the Web Settings manager (or whatever it's called), then disconnect yourself from the network.

When you reconnect, could you check the domain list again to ensure that the crazy behaviour from Jag Server doesn't happen - namely it deactivates all your domains and/or changes the IP address to 127.0.0.1

That would be my worst beef with the previous Server App. Mac OS X client never seemed to have this problem, and it made life a pain whenever there was a sudden network outage or we needed to physically move the Mac.
Computer thez nohhh...
