OS X Software Install Problem

	Hello, I am getting the "prohibitory sign" when I boot into OS X from my Startup Manager. When I Restart from the OS X Software install CD in OS 9.2.2 with Command+C held down I am getting stuck at where it is "Checking Disks". I also restarted the same way with Command+S and I entered fsck -y and hit enter until it said it was ok. I even tried to go into the Disk First Aid threw the OS X Installer and it just got stuck there too. I can't seem to reinstall OS X.. Any Ideas? Thanks, Don
