[1] Mac OS X 10.3 Panther and Xcode Tools
The Mac OS X 10.3 set is a 4-disc package that includes Install
Discs 1, 2, and 3, and Xcode Tools Version 1.0. These discs are the
same as those included in retail kits. Languages include English,
Japanese, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Swedish, Danish,
Norwegian, Finnish, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Korean,
and Brazilian Portuguese.
Xcode, Apple's new world-class development toolkit, provides the
fastest way to create Mac OS X applications, using your choice of
Objective C, C++, C, AppleScript or Java.

The November Developer CD includes the latest Technical Notes and

The ADC Mailings for Premier and Select members also include the
first issue of Mac Developer Journal, a new digital publication for
Mac OS X developers.
