I ordered panther on the day it was available. I had requested next day delivery and was indeed charged for it. I received my tracking number yesterday and expected it to arrive today. When the number became active I was dismayed to find that it was shipped via 2 day. I went and checked my invoice and found that I was charged for next day at $12. 2 day shipping is "only" $7. I have emailed the Apple store to see if they are willing to refund $5 difference in shipping. It may not seem like much, but I paid for next day and didn't get it so I'm not going to pay for it.

They should give you a full refund, since even the people who paid for ground shipping got theirs overnighted and second day. I called and they gave me credit for all my shipping fees. Give them a call. They should still be open.
