-Panthers (English Language) finder doesn't like these accents. It draws them not above but behind the letters. Happens in the menu, finder windows, contextual menu
-some words are cut in half in some parts of the system prefs, iTunes (cd get info window)
These only happen on my PB 1.25 (upgrade from 10.2.8) not on my PB 800 (clean install)
-Finder window sometimes doesn't remember view prefs.
Did you find other glitches?

Perfect accented characters here, no problems at all. Using Mac OS X 10.3 in Spanish.

Ttry to use English as the main finder language and then use accents.

Works fine here. I custom installed English language only (but kept the fonts). Are you typing things, or cut-pasting them from somewhere? Could it be a non-UTF encoding issue?

Malaga! I love that town. My heart remains in Salobrena (east of Malaga and away from the British tourist). Although it has changed dramaically over the years, it still has its charm.

Don't know.. I tried to change the font, size. It happens by typing.. Seems it's a uncommon problem as I noticed no other reports.
