okay, i've been running 10.3 for about 25 minutes, so...
here's my first (possibly dumb) question:

where's login items (in system prefs)??

i want to set a couple of things to open when i boot up; has that window been moved?

thanx!

It's in Accounts. Click on a user, and the 4th pane is "Login Items."

You may have to unlock the panel to see it... not sure.

no not that.
the option to drag apps to a window so that, on startup, they open (email notification, for example)

used to be a pref pane for this...
