i don't know if this should go in OS X or software so i am putting it here because i think i will get answers more quickly. i can't seem to get artwork into itunes....it shows the jpegs but they are grayed...some jpegs show up but not the jpeg i just downloaded?? any ideas...i am just selecting all the songs of an album , apple i, double click the artwork and trying to add it...thanks guys.

i just tried a jpeg (os x background picture) in the artwork and that works but now i can't get it out and it doesn't even show up in the info screen????

okay i am replying to my post again...what a loser i am so i downloaded some cd artwork from amazon and it didnt work but then i opened it with preview and exported it as jpg which was the same file type i imported it with but now it works???? i am going to be annoyed if i have to do this with all the files.
