We've been hearing for months that the G5 won't be the "real deal" until it is running the OS that is optimized for it. So how about it? Has Panther really made your DP G5 faster?

In a brief answer, YES....

I was a little worried, using the pre-Panther OS on my dual 2GHz G5...

Since installing Panther this morning, my machine FLYS...

Soooo stoked.
