In 10.2 I couldnt' use mail to send my resume out in word.

My PC friends could not read it.

I had to get Entourage.

Wondering if attachments can be sent now to my PC friends?

I've never had a problem sending Word files to PC people in 10.2. But to answer your question, yes, 10.3 still does this just fine.
