10.3 Startup Delay.

	Anyone else having problems with 10.3 on startup? I can boot up just fine...only when I hit the desktop, I get the beachball for roughly a minute. Only my desktop is showing (no dock, no menu bar, etc.), so I'm pretty much limited to moving that damned little beachball around the screen. Which, out of boredom, I've turned into a game. I'm running an 800mhz 17in. iMac with 512MB of RAM. Thanks in advance.
