I installed 10.3 and now I'm having issues with typing the lowerCase 'C' to work. It's not the keyboard or the key itself, or not that I Can tell. The key works if I use Command-C, shift-C, option-C, option-shift-C, etC., just not when I hit the key all by itself.

If I hold it down, after a few seConds, it will start spewing out lowerCase Cs. It happens with all keyboards I've tried so far (inCluding the one from Apple).

It only oCCured after installing 10.3. Anyone else running into this issue?

Nevermind, I found the culprit. It was CopyPaste-X that was doing this to me.

I've got the same problem. Is there some setting in copy paste that you can change to get the lower case "C" to work, or do you just have to not have the app running to get the key to work?

I just had to quit CopyPaste. Couldn't find a way to get it working. I read in other posts that people are having issues with CopyPaste as well.

If you have Synergy installed, uninstall it. Reboot.

Basically, you have to stop using CopyPaste X until it gets updated for Panther.
