I haven't seen this discussed anywhere, but i was very happy to see that Apple quietly implemented the first letter snap for aqua drop-down menus. No more scrolling down 150+ long "Select your country" drop-down lists to finally get to the Sudan. Thank you. Also, haven't had any cookie related problems with safari (continental.com etc.) since upgrading to Panther. Any other important changes/fixes you guys noticed in Safari?

Excellent, thanks for pointing that out.

I have been wanting that feature.

You can even type more than the first letter (useful for some really long lists) if you type fast.

This appears to be a system wide improvement for all menus though.
Nasrudin sat on a river bank when someone shouted to him from the opposite side: "Hey! how do I get across?" "You are across!" Nasrudin shouted back.
