Hi,

I've just done a fresh install of 10.2 and applied the 10.2.8 combo updatere to it. Then goign into software update, it only shows me the various iApps, and the Quicktime update, but some of my apps won't load because they're looking for the Java 1.4 update. how come SU won't show what updates I need anymore? It used to do this just fine about a week ago when i did a similar install.

If I need to use Apple's site to update Java, how do Iknow what exact components I have installed?

Any help greatly appreciated.
