Abstracting images from chats

	Yesterday while chatting with a friend, she sent me a picture. If I check the chat log with such programs as ChatMaster or Loggorhea, I see the photo just fine. I thought that I could drag the photo to the desktop, however, that dragged file is just a text clipping. Does anyone know how to go about abstracting images from chats?
