I have a 700mb jam packed bootable partition that I use for rescue. I would like to image this partition to a bootable CD.

I have used Charles' BootCD but it doesnot allow me to choose a partition to clone from. I can start up from this partition but then again, BootCD won't let me copy everything from a certain partition... correct me if I am wrong. I am hoping for a mix of CCC and BootCD.

My understanding is that BootCD is made up of a series of terminal commands, much like CCC. Are these commands available as a reference?

If I bless the partition and just burn a CD with toast, I am sure it would not boot.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
