where do I set trackpad tapping in Panther?

I checked Keyboard & Mouse setting but it's not there?

"keyboard and mouse" system preference,
"Trackpad" tab/button, "Use Trackpad For: section has several options...

WEIRD! I don't have anything in that section other than:

Tracking Speed
Scrolling Speed

Could this be the aftermath of removing Sidetrack? (0.7.2) I used a little while and then decided the way the scrolling emulation is done is not what I like (I much prefer the uControl way, where you use fn and then the entire trackpad is 'scroll zone'). I deleted /Library/StartItems/Sidetrack and the preference pane in /Library/PreferencePane...


Anyone has this problem?

Never mind - after re-run Sidetrack installer, I found an 'uninstall' button and ran that. After rebooting my trackpad options are back! :-)
