Recieved my 10.3 at 2.42 last Friday. By 4.00PM PST was on phone with Customer Service reporting the disk was scratched and unusable.

They authorized a complete replacement box and it went out at 11.08PM that night.

Couple that with the original order upgrade from standard to overnight shipping, and Apple is scoring big customer service points.

Apple is quick to get things back to you, and they always use overnight shipping. I love that about them. My iBook was away for only 3 days: day 1, I shipped it off; day 2, they fixed it and shipped it back; day 3 I got it.

So you got it back already, or it's coming tomorrow? If you were within driving distance of an Apple store, you could have gotten it exchanged there. That's what I would have done.

Same here. I was surprised my Panther box was "stuck" in Sacramento still on the 27th. It was scanned for arrival there on the afternoon of the 25th. C'mon already FedEx!

My replacement Panther (entire box+disks) arrived at 2.00PM..2 day shipment on the day it launched.

I'm impressed...that's very good work.

They have my coin for another year.
