I just noticed today when trying to edit a presentation in Powerpoint fonts where not available. It looks like if you have filevault on, apps can't see fonts in ~/Library/Fonts, only in /Library/Fonts. I started up Font Book and sure enough I don't the fonts in my personal font folder listed.

Anyone else seeing this? This seems like a pretty major thing for Apple to have missed.
