I used to be able to write equation in appleworks document until recently. Has it got something to do with the apple update 10.2.8?

How do i get Equation Editor back?

I don't know, but can you go to Applications/Appleworks 6/Appleworks Essentials/Equation Editor/Carbon and launch it by double clicking? (I've installed 10.2.8 and then 10.3 and Equation Editor still works for me.)

The...... Appleworks 6/Appleworks Essentials/Equation Editor/Carbon folder not found. Perphap someone in my family has deleted by mistake (or myself maybe).

Is the missing Appleworks 6 folder has any effect on appleworks application? How do i generate this folder and its content?

You'll have to reinstall it.

If you installed AppleWorks from an AppleWorks CD, then just that CD. Otherwise, you'll need to find your restore CDs and figure out how to get it off that. Some restore CDs give you the option of what files to restore, some don't. Depends on your machine really...
