This has happened on two different machines so far. I updated (new install on the other machine) a version of 10.2.6 to Panther on one internal drive and all went OK. But when I returned to the 10.2.8 system I had been using for months, I was soon greeted with a kernel panic.
I have removed my hub and run the prerequisite utilities (disk warrior) to no avail. Still with the kernel panics. The same thing happened to me at work with a clean install on one drive and a newly damaged 10.2.8 system on another drive. I'm stumped. Anyone else seen this behavior?
