They mucked-around with the way it worked... AUGH!

For me, if I keep "Show CDs, DVDs and iPods" on the desktop, all 6 of my firewire drives show-up there too... even though the selection for showing hard-drives is DE-selected. It ignores the internal drives, but now, if I shut OFF the CD, DVD & iPod setting, I don't get to see THOSE things on my desktop...

Why are my external Drives being considered removable media...?

Very annoying... anyone else having this...? Or am I experiencing an isolated anomoly...?
