Anyone else notice these problems with Panther?

	1) I have seen other posts about this, has happened to me also; where the backlite buttons fail to work. 2) Certain sounds still play even though the system is Muted. I have noticed this a couple times and it is not something that happens with certain system sounds, I can't reproduce it. It happens and then when i do the same steps over it doesn't make a noise. All the while the system stays muted.
