What are you people doing wrong? I've got 10.3 on 3 machines, 2 of which are old and memory starfd, and I am having NADA PROBLEMAS. PANTHER IS GREAT.

I mean, a Pismo 400 with 192 MB Ram? Hello?

Everything works People. This lame computer ROCKs now (Well, rolls anyway).

iMac DV 400? FINE. Better than ever.

iMac 17" 1GZ copacetic. I had 1 minor problem with Page Sender, but that is FIXT.

What are you people doing, pulling the power plug 3/4 through the installation to see how "robust" it is ?

Stupidly doing Upgrage installs?

WTF?

WTF yourself?????
you've been lucky (me too, LOTS of others)
but this is a FORUM to, among other things, allow people to report problems they are having, get help, etc

apple itself (for example), has acknowledged a problem with panther & firewire drives.

you've done well, share the news.
but don't attack everyone who wasn't as fortunate as you; what the hell is that about??

This is a forum for people to get help. It's a normal thing that you see only people with problems. That's what "Troublshooting" means.

Do you often go wandering in hospitals, telling patients : "What's the problem with you ? I'm doing fine !" ?

My 10.3 install (Archive & Install) is fine... but this seems trollish, and furthermore, iUnderstand that because of an annoying bug or incompatibility, Panther isn't working great for some.
Trainiable is to cat as ability to live without food is to human.
