Did this happen to anyone else? When I try to import from Photoshop I get "The scanner is not connected" error. However the scanner is showing up on the Apple system profiler.

I've been afraid to reinstall software until I know that this has happened to someone else. If I do need to reinstall software, should I try to uninstall the old stuff first?

Thanks,

lw

The same happend to me with my Canon N670U, and YES, you just have to reinstall on top of the older driver and it would work fine... it did for me!

Have a nice day! hope it'll work
