Why does this always come up?

I set it up so my family and I could have different accounts. Well this keychain thing keeps popping up whenever someone other than the Admin account trys to use a certain app. It usually happeneds when they want to use the apps made by apple, (safari, ichat...)
Does anyone know if I can turn this off?

Delete that particular Keychain via the "Keychain Access" application under Utilities...
|

Checking off automatic log on is my guess for iChat.
Usually automatic password fillins are stored in the keychain and thus keychain pops up asking you for your password to get them.
