Terminal does not remember window position in 10.3?

I've got this problem with the new terminal where the app does not remember where I position the window on the screen next time I launch it. All the rest of the prefs for the terminal are saved but this one, which gives? PS: I've already tried starting with a new set of prefs for terminal, nadda same results.
