Hi there,
after installing Mac OS X 10.3 and the new Mail app, I entered the data for my IMAP account. In general, it works quite well, except one little problem, that, eventually, is not that little after all:
Mail.app does not download the subfolders from my IMAP server. I have no idea how this can be, but it really sucks and gets me into huge trouble. For the time being, I switched to Thunderbird, but honestly, Mail.app in 10.3 is so much slicker, it's quite a pain to use TB now...

Anyway, I know of the 10.2-solution to create another email account and all of the sudden all subfolders are downloaded. That, however, did not work.

I hope you may help me.

Steve

Sorry, but it's too important for me to be ignored.

I dunno... it works fine for me. I've been using IMAP with Mail 1.2 and 1.3 for 8 months... no problems (and I use subfolders on the server).

Not working for me either, can't get any of the subfolders to work. Nothing is saved in my "drafts" or "sent" or "trash" subfolders.

I've read somewhere that Mail is not compatible with some IMAP servers Namespace extension.

Does this make any sense? This the cause?

HELP!
