Just a nifty litte detail I just noticed.

If you hit F9 to expose all open windows, then while they're minimized, command+tab through your open apps to one that has multiple windows open, Exposé will switch to just that application's windows still tiled (as if you'd done F10 Exposé within that app) for you to chose from.

Cool integration of Exposé & Tabbed application switching.

hitting just tab will cycle through the open apps without the big app switching bar (useful if u don't have 100 apps open at once)

Actually I would like if Command tab went into expose mode ( as an option) and tabbed between exposéd windows - as if you hit F10, and tab.

Cool - and just pressing the arrow keys cycles though the windows of the current application.

Here's my Exposé favourite: when attaching a file in Mai.app, my files are invariably on the Desktop. No more stooging around moving windows to find the file so I can drag it onto the Mail.app window.

Compose the message, hit F11 (quick keystroke), click and hold on the icon, hit F11 again to bring the windows back, and drop onto your message. Poetry in motion.
