I noticed this in the beta version of Panther but it is still happening. When I log out at the end of my day and come back to work the next morning my login profile has changed to root?
I don't have root enabled and i have to do a forced restart to get my user login to re-appear.

Go to Accounts in System Preferences, and click Login Options in the bottom left corner. Is it set to automatically log in as a certain user? Is it displaying the list of users?

Hi SupahCoolX:
I am the only user. Login Window is set for "list of users". Automatically log in is not enabled?
