Got annoyed at old version of Speed Download and trashed it. I thought I would just default to
OS X Download Manager. Well no go. Can't download now. Something is not loading or broke. Any ideas? Tried in both Safari and IE.
By the way where is Download Manager located? Can't find it in utilities or applications.
Is there a system preference I'm missing? Never had this problem before.

Is this download manager working by a internet plug-in? Did you trash that too?

I don''t know. How does the system manage downloads? I thought I only trashed files associated with Speed Download. I'm usually very carefull in that regard. I didn't touch Safari or IE files.

The system doesn't manage downloads. Safari does.

I thought this speed download thing maybe installed an internet plug-in which you might have had forgotten to trash.
