I have my 'show all windows' configured to the fn key on my powerbook, which I like better then the f-keys, however I was wondering if there is a way to have expose activate when the fn key is pressed with a modifier (say cltr-fn), which would allow me to use my f-keys as well as expose?

thanks,

Should be. Go into the same place that you configured Expose to the fn key. When selecting the key, hold down whichever modifier you want to use with it. You'll see your dropdown choices automagically change from say F9 to ^F9 when you are holding the ^ (Control) key down.

The tipoff is the line beneath that reads For more choices, press Shift, Control, Option, or Command keys while menu is open

I think you missed what he was asking.

I, for one, would like to see expose fully customizable.

I think you're right !! If he didn't mean merely modifying his selected key, then I didn't understand the question. the tipoff being that I gave a silly, smug answer to what seemed like an obvious question
