I can not see an image preview when I am attaching a file in mail nor am I able to see previews when opening files from with in applications.

For Example:
Open mail
Make New Message
Attach
Browse to an image file
Do you see a preview of that image or a filetype representation?

How can I have it to show a preview of the image just like it does in Finder???
