How can I update to 10.31 on a Yikes G4 not connected to internet. The upgrade is not downloadable.... it only installs live over web.

Have someone else download it for you from here:

http://www.apple.com/downloads/macosx/apple/

burn to a cd. You take cd drag to desktop and install?
