hate to say it, but here goes....
been there, done that... (xthemination, interface studio, etc...)
There is no definite user base for OS X themes and if there is, it's TINY. It's not easy to try to grab hold of the reigns of something that's not really all that big or hasn't been very successful in the past.
Resexcellence kinda holds the trophy right now.
