Hey Gang--

Okay, so here's the deal...

I installed 10.3 on my aunt's unpartitioned machine, over 9.0.4 (I know, my bad...). The install went fine, until trying to import her email from Netscape 6 (I know, her bad...). So I tried launching classic, and as you guessed, it won't lauch, indicating it needs 9.2.1...

So my question is: how do I install 9.2.1 into 10.3 only as a classic update? I've tried it on my machine, but the 9.2.1 updater lauches classic, which she won't be able to do...

Any suggestions?

Grats,

Just boot her machine back into OS 9 and install the upgrade to 9.2. You'll be upgrading the OS 9 system folder, not Panther, and it will be there for Panther to use when you boot back into it.
