Anybody know why some of my images do not show up as a thumbnail. I copied images from my desktop onto my PB but the thumbnails do not show up as photos, simply the JPEG cartoon. The files are all JPG extensions. They show up fine if I open them up with the preview program, but I can't visualize them as thumbnails.

Are they in a list? Then it won't show you a preview.
Select to show them as icons.
Then go to File>Show View Options>(Check) Show Icon Preview

go on version tracker and search for pic2icon.

Thanks a lot guys. The pic2icon was exactly what I was looking for. Makes browsing through my photos directorys a heck of a lot easier. Much appreciated.
