Help!!

i finally got my copy of panther. i am unable to boot to it. i have tried booting up to it no luck. Have tried going into Jag and changing the startup disk no luck. I have also tried double clicking the install it tells me i need to reboot but it just boots back into jag. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Yes this is a legit copy of panther. One more thing i have tried putting in my jag disk and booting to that and it works.

try holding the <option> key when the machine boots....it should produce a screen with all of your bootable volumes....from there choose the 10.3 cd....see if that works

oh - and telling us what your hardware is can help too sometimes....

OpenBoot only lists partitions/hard drives, not individual systems per hard drive/partition.

...but should show his Panther CD, as it is of course a separate volume from his hard drive.
